This is an example of one of the pages in my illustration gallery for my website. Soon you'll be telling your friends: "I went to www.amfjoyce.com and all I got was this giant boner!" I've been procrastinating on a few things. I have some storyboard mock ups to do for this one dude, told him they'd be done either tonight or tomorrow and it looks like they'll be done tomorrow. I have another illustraion job that's due whenever. I hate the jobs that dont have deadlines, I made up my own deadline: friday afternoon. Just to get it out of the way. I hope to have another freelance job coming my way as I need to pay for my plane ticket to hawaii. Fuck yea out of state weddings. a couple of the 'sketch book' pages that will be on the site:

So I've been sick as a dog lately. I honestly thought I was going to die saturday night. All day I assumed that I was just taking an ungodly long time to recover from friday night and I just had a pesky hangover. Then around 4am that morning I developed a fever and though that death had just arrived for my soul. Long story short, I didn't die but I blew the interview I had monday morning. I suspect that they thought I was on drugs the way I was shivering but sweating perfusely and couldnt speak coherant sentences. Still sick 5 days later. I hate life and life hates me. But for future reference, if I do in fact die, I want a fight to the death over who will get my shit. Hand to hand combat, the way real men do it.

I still want one of those fuzzy lobsters they found all those months ago. Those things were pretty boss. When I move into a new place I want to upgrade my fishtank. Maybe get Sgt. Slaughter some fishy friends. I find fishtanks very relaxing. Fish are interesting little fuckers. Fish with those big stupid unblinking eyes. Swimming, always swimming.. are just so cool.

Because those last few pounds are the hardest to lose. Esspecially when you dont diet, never exercise and drink entirely too much beer. I havent had any fresh fruits or veggies in days. My teeth are probably going to fall out due to scurvy. If I start drinking fruity beers does that count for something?

So I had to be at work in the a.m. this morning so of course, I set my alarm at the latest possible time so I can max out on sleep. This basically means no shower and just grab whatever is closest to my bed to wear. Fucking A man, I gotta do laundry cause I fucking stunk today. Apparently my shirt had been worn one too many times. Added to that was the fact that my body has convinced itself that I weight about 300 pounds and therefore I sweat like a fucking hog. To those who were forced to smell me today; I apologize.
